Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and EverlastingCraftStudios LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”), for the AI Hardware Hub app, website at mcpdevices.app, connector and API (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you accept them.

1. The Service

AI Hardware Hub lets software you authorize (AI apps such as Claude, and your own programs through API keys) send commands to devices connected to computers where you installed the app. You decide which computers are linked to your account and which apps have access, and you can remove either at any time.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. Keep your password and API keys secret; you are responsible for actions made with them. Tell us right away at support@mcpdevices.app if you think your account was misused.

3. Devices and responsibility

Commands act on real equipment. You are responsible for the devices you connect, for what your AI apps and programs are allowed to do, and for checking results that matter (for example printed labels, documents, quantities). The Service asks for confirmation or blocks some higher-risk actions by default, but it cannot know your situation. Do not use the Service for equipment where a wrong or delayed command could cause injury, death or serious damage.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to break the law, to access devices or accounts you are not allowed to use, to send spam or harmful content, to attack or overload the Service, or to resell it without our written permission.

5. Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time under Manage billing; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period and is not refunded pro rata, except where the law requires. Prices may change with at least 30 days’ notice by email. Taxes may be added where required.

6. Software and updates

We give you a personal, non-exclusive license to use the app while you use the Service. The app updates itself to receive fixes and security updates.

7. Availability

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Local features keep working on your computer when the cloud is unreachable.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Ending

You can delete your account at any time in your account settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, with notice when reasonable.

10. Changes and law

We may update these terms; for important changes we will tell you by email or in the app before they apply. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules, unless the law of your country gives you stronger rights.
