EverlastingCraftStudios LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, runs AI Hardware Hub and is responsible for the personal data described here. Questions: support@mcpdevices.app.
What we collect
- Account: your email address and a hashed password.
- Computers and devices: the computer’s name and operating system, and the devices the app finds (names, types, status).
- Activity log: which app or API key ran which action on which device, when, and whether it worked. Kept for 90 days.
- Billing: handled by Stripe. We receive your plan and Stripe customer ID, never your card details.
- Download interest: a count of clicks on “coming soon” downloads, and your email only if you ask to be notified.
What we don’t keep
The content you print or send to devices (labels, documents, images) passes through to your computer and is not stored.
Cookies and analytics
Your account uses a login cookie and a security cookie. On our public pages (not in your account) we ask before using Google Analytics, which sets cookies to count visits and see which pages help; we use it without advertising features. If you choose “No thanks” nothing is loaded, and we remember that choice in a small cookie. To change it, clear this site’s cookies.
Why we use it
To provide the Service you asked for (contract), to keep it secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interest), to bill paid plans, and to answer support requests. We email you only about your account, security and important changes, and about downloads you asked to be notified about.
Who processes it for us
- Railway (hosting, USA)
- Stripe (payments)
- Resend (account emails)
- Google (Analytics, only if you allow it; Google sign-in, only if you use it)
- The AI apps you connect (for example Anthropic’s Claude) receive the device information and results of the commands you ask them to run, under their own privacy terms.
Data may be processed in the United States. Where required, transfers rely on the processors’ standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can see your computers, apps, keys and activity in your account, and delete the account and its data at any time (“Account” at the bottom of your account page). You can also ask us for a copy, correction or deletion of your data, or object to processing, at support@mcpdevices.app. If you are in the EU or UK you may complain to your data protection authority.
Security
Passwords are hashed, API keys and tokens are stored as hashes, connections use HTTPS, and app updates are digitally signed.
